1. Airdrie Urgent Mental Health - urgent mental health services available with no appointment. May include mental health assessment or single session therapy.

2. Distress Centre - a variety of services including 24-hour crisis support, professional counselling, youth peer support, and navigation and referrals.

5. Kids Help Phone counsellors are available to help teens 24 hours a day. It is a free support service that is confidential.

1. Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse (CCASA) is the primary sexual harassment, sexual abuse and sexual assault crisis, counselling and education service provider for Calgary and the surrounding areas.

2. Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Center - a recognized centre of excellence in child abuse intervention and prevention

3. Center for Sexuality - a community-based organization delivering programs & services to support healthy sexuality across the lifespan

4. Airdrie P.O.W.E.R (Women's Shelter, Domestic Violence Airdrie) - a non-profit organization that seeks to provide women in Airdrie and District with the means to leave an abusive environment through emergency resources, education and empowerment, thus creating a safe and sustainable community.

Private Counselling Options

Stepping Stones to Mental Health is one of 37 provincial mental health capacity building projects that promotes positive mental health and wellness to students.

This is accomplished by providing programming and activities to increase the awareness, and promotion of mental health and wellness.
